So today Margie made blueberry muffins and they where awesome!
Margie has some useful tips that will help you make tasty blueberry muffins!
TIPS FROM MARGIE:
When you make your wet mixture, use a whisk and whisk it very fast, it will make for a much fluffier muffin.
Put muffin liners in your muffin tray before you put in the mix. (oops!)
Make sure to put baking powder and baking soda in your muffin mix or your muffins will be all runny!
Ingredients
3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups buttermilk ( melted and cooled)
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
2 extra large eggs
2 cups fresh blueberries.
1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
